Equipment: Free Weights, Mat, Timer (I use the IntervalTimer app on my iPhone)

Difficulty: Beginner/Intermediate

Description:

12 circuits

each circuit contains [cardio (40sec) + strength (40sec) = superset (80sec)]

20 sec recovery between each circuit

Matrix:

Start with 3 min. warmup
